Carow · Architects designed eight luxury housing units composed of two-story duplexes oriented around a central landscaped courtyard with a pond. An outer ring road gives access to each unit抯 attached garage. The buildings were designed with a "Paladian" motif, to blend with the adjacent city hall and other Park Ridge buildings.
